Throughout November, we’re supporting Movember to raise awareness, and of course funds, for prostate and testicular cancer.
The team will be growing moustaches throughout November to persuade you to donate your money via our donation page. So it’s a good job they’re mainly male and prone to hairiness. Of course the girls will be doing their bit as well. On the official Movember website girls can sign up to be Mo Sistas and support their Mo Bros in their fundraising endeavours.
In order to raise money, each member of the Amuzo team, Marvin’s Mos, must abide by the official Movember rules which are as follows:
– Each Mo Bro must begin the 1st of Movember with a clean shaven face
– There is to be no joining of the mo to the sideburns as that is considered a beard
– There is to be no joining of the handlebars to the chin as that is considered a goatee
After that, it is entirely up to the individual Mo Bro as to how they shape and style their moustache, be it the Shakespeare or the Dali.
The Movember campaign aims to literally change the face of men’s health. In 2011, over 854,000 Mo Bros and Sistas around the world joined the cause to raise £79.3 million.
Marvin’s Mos team captain Danny Duke has done mo-vellous job of rallying on the Amuzo team so far but you can still seize the mo-ment and make your donations on Amuzo’s official Movember donation page.
